Thanksgiving 2009

Thanksgiving this year was spent with Derek's family at his brother's in San Diego. It was a good time with lots of good food!

Pre-Thanksgiving Get-Away

Derek & I decided to take a quick jaunt to Big Bear over the weekend. We loaded up the pups and headed out Friday night. Saturday was wonderful and relaxing -- beautiful weather - and it is definitely getting colder!

We went walking around the Village - here they're decorating the town tree for the holiday tree-lighting ceremony next weekend!

Stopped and had some brunch at Teddy Bear Restaurant

We love visiting the cabin! The dogs loved squirrel chasing!

Family in Town

Adam & Blair - The Reception

The cake-top was wonderful! The couple was dressed in the costumes they each wore to the Halloween party where they got together 3 years ago. The groom was Napoleon Dynamite and the bride was the game Twister :)

Given that it was Halloween night, the kiddos got fun treats from lots of people to keep them entertained -- here they are having a great time with some squishy eye balls!

Adam & Blair - The Ceremony

The wedding was at The Turnip Rose in Newport Beach - a beautiful place and the event was wonderful and elegant.
